As a Technical Recruiter at Commure/Athelas, you will identify, engage and close top-tier talent for the newly-merged organization. In this role you will support priority technical requisitions while leveraging a world-class recruiting process for your internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a true go-getter who is highly data-driven and committed to results. In this role, you'll partner with technical leaders across the entire company.Responsibilities:

Work directly with technical leaders to deeply understand the requirements for priority hires; build creative sourcing strategies to match top talent to open headcount, at speed.Carry candidates through a top-tier, full-cycle hiring process, including: managing applicant and referral pipeline for all positions, sourcing and closing both high-volume and niche roles.Leverage data to: increase candidate ROI, increase candidate conversion rates and streamline interview processes.Utilize creative sourcing approaches to ensure a robust and high-quality candidate pipeline, while keeping stakeholders up to date on progress and making iterations as needed.Develop talent pipelines by promoting and growing the Commure/Athelas hiring brand through content, sourcing campaigns, and partnerships.Ensure an exceptional candidate experience every step of the candidate journey.Requirements:

2+ years of experience in recruiting at fast-paced, hyper-growth environments, whether it be agency or in-house.Proven track record of developing and managing high-volume pipelines and specialty technical positions.Outcome-oriented recruiter with strong analytical skills and a proven track record of data-driven decision-making; ability to thrive in ambiguity.Full-cycle recruiting experience, with exposure to challenging closes, managing clients and developing key internal partnerships.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Please note this is an on-site position requiring being in office in Mountain View, CA.Compensation:

The salary range that Commure reasonably expects to pay for this position is $70,000 - $100,000. Actual salary offered will vary depending on factors including but not limited to: location, education, experience, skills, and qualifications. In addition to your salary, Commure also offers many competitive elements in our total compensation package for employees such as equity, a comprehensive benefits package, and flexible time off.Benefits Include:
