Your work will include, but not be limited to:Participate in client engagements from the beginning to completion - including planning, executing, and completing tax projectsReview returns for partnership, corporate and foreign tax clients, including federal, foreign, state and local tax returns, estimated payments and extensions, and Federal and State tax auditsTax research, consultation and preparation of client memorandumDevelop ideas to assist clients with operational and control opportunitiesWork to develop relationships with clients, including involvement in networking and business development activitiesThe qualifications.
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting5+ years recent experience in public accountingCPA or Bar License RequiredStrong technical skills specifically with public accounting with a focus in taxes for private equity companies, partnerships, and/or LLCsThis position may require some local and national travel (note: currently no firm travel)Our difference.
