If you’re up to the challenge, then take a chance at this rewarding opportunity!Position Overview:A Business Analyst is needed to support Oracle ERP and affiliate system implementations covering the following workstreams:Manufacturing, Warehousing and Quality Assurance (GmP background)Planning, Supply Chain, Master Data (GmP background and Business Process background)Finance, Logistics, Order to Cash (in addition to a GmP background)This position focuses on facilitation and delivery of testing end-to-end business processes of system solutions, upgrades, and enhancements, primarily Oracle ERP, and will support non-ERP systems as needed.Responsibilities:Collaborate with Business Delivery System Leads (BDL) and IT SMEs to build and analyze applicable user requirements.Host and facilitate requirements gathering and risk rating workshops.User Requirements analysis.Work with BDL to sequence testing (string testing) and assist in identifying what data/infrastructure is necessary to test.UAT activities including but not limited to approvals, post-approvals, execution, defect management, and daily reporting.Create supporting documentation and route for approvals in Client ALM.Manage end user UAT qualification, Oracle access requests, and training.Provide administrative support in the assigned workstream(s) such as incorporating feedback into documents and routing documents through controlled documentation system(s).Understand the project management process and contribute to tracking of individual progress.Schedule and support large meetings, including facilitating, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.Required Skills:Direct life sciences/pharmaceutical “Oracle experience”.cGxP experience.Independent, pro-active worker with accountability and excellent documentation and communication abilities.Ability to work in a high-paced ever-changing environment.Pharmaceutical, Bio-Technology, Life Science, or Cell Therapy industry experience.Experience with regulatory compliance, GMP, and validation (CSV).Experienced in business analysis processes including requirements gathering, requirements documentation, process flow charts, requirements traceability, UAT, etc.Strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel (vlookup) or reporting, PowerPoint, Visio and Project Management tools.Desire and ability to learn new software and applications quickly.Attention to detail; strong communication skills, pro-active, organization.Flexibility in changing approaches with process improvements.Understanding of fundamentals of Systems Development Life Cycle and Waterfall/Agile methodologies.Client-ALM or electronic testing system experience.Awareness of business and enterprise architecture.Nice to have: SmartSheet experience.If hired, you will enjoy the following Eclaro Benefits:401k Retirement Savings Plan administered by Merrill Lynch.Commuter Check Pretax Commuter Benefits.Eligibility to purchase Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance through Eclaro.If interested, you may contact:Jay Lucasarjay.lucas@eclaro.com6463571240Jay Lucas | LinkedInEqual Opportunity Employer:
