Job Title: Business Analyst Standard IIILocation: Washington, DC 20433 (Hybrid role)
Duration: Long Term Contract on W2
Job Description
Substantial experience in Finance and Accounting Domain with planning processes experience.
Knowledge of different planning processes is a must (WF Planning, CAPEX Planning, etc.)
Excellent knowledge and experience in business requirements collection and developing functional specifications or articulating user stories.
Excellent interviewing capabilities, strong analytical skills to critically evaluate gathered information, strong presentation and organization skills.
Excellent communication and writing skills.
Extensive experience with implementing large-scale complex systems.
Extensive experience with various system development lifecycle methodologies and tailoring the artifacts to those methodologies (Waterfall and Agile).
Ability to collect and document business requirements, technical requirements, and process flows.
Ability to define use cases, user stories, test scenarios, test cases, etc.
Planning process knowledgeKnowledge of the below planning areas:
Capital Investment and Planning
Staff affordability planning
Revenue planning
Expense Planning
Project Budgeting & Planning (Not IT projects, financial investment projects)
Workforce Planning
Any knowledge of the tool that is available in the market for planning?
Knowledge of SAP - BPC
