Kharon is seeking a full-time, DC-based Strategic Key Account Manager.Responsibilities:Gain and maintain an in-depth understanding of Kharon’s platform, its full range of features, advantages, and services, while cultivating key relationships and monitoring competitive risks.Serve as the primary link between clients and Kharon’s various business units, ensuring top-tier service and solutions.Develop comprehensive account strategies that encompass new business development, resource allocation, and revenue forecasting.Craft and execute on strategic plans that will boost sales, ensure customer retention, and achieve (or surpass) revenue targets.Streamline and oversee the management of intricate client engagements across Kharon’s Compliance, Operations, IT, and Finance teams (this includes post-sale integration and product deployment, expeditious invoicing, prompt renewals, etc).Collaborate with Kharon’s Marketing team to craft impactful campaigns and oversee local marketing efforts.Qualifications:Proven 5+ year background in B2B data (or software) sales and renewals, ideally in the financial sector.Demonstrated track record in managing major national or global tier 1 accounts.Familiarity with compliance regulations (AML, KYC, Sanctions, etc).Comprehensive knowledge and understanding regarding GRC, business intelligence research, conflict and illicit finance analysis, banking sector risk management and compliance, or other national security-related matters.Strong skills in organization and sales forecasting.Willingness to travel up to 25% of the year.Bachelor's degree required; Master's in Business Administration is a plus.Kharon is a highly disruptive and incredibly innovative organization that navigates risk at the intersection of global security threats + international commerce.As a pivotal member of our team reporting to the Director of Client Services, you'll be entrusted with achieving Kharon’s monthly and annual revenue benchmarks for our premier Tier 1 accounts. In this dynamic environment, your ability to foster robust relationships at all levels will be invaluable.
