We’re looking for big thinkers, brave leaders, and creative advertising wizards ready to influence a new age of homebuying within a tried-and-true, award-winning company.This position is located in Washington, DC and offers a hybrid schedule of 3 days onsite, 2 days remote.ResponsibilitiesDesigning, building, testing and deploying scalable, reusable and maintainable applications that handle large amounts of data.Taking full ownership of your work, from development and testing, to eventual deployment and support in production.Collaborating with other engineers, product owners, designers, and leadership.Gaining a deep understanding of Homes.com and the residential real estate industry.Basic QualificationsBachelor’s Degree required from an accredited, not for profit university or college.A track record of commitment to prior employers.1+ years experience with databases, such as SQL Server, AWS RDS, DynamoDB.Preferred Qualifications And SkillsExperience building data pipelines with AWS, involving services such as SageMaker, Rekognition, Personalize, S3, EC2, Kubernetes.Experience solving Big Data batch and real-time data processing problems, with large-scale analytics and data processing engines such as Apache Spark and Databricks.Experience with streaming technologies such as Kafka and Spark.Knowledge of Python data science tools, such as SciKit, Numpy, TensorFlow, Jupyter.Strong math and analytical skills.What’s in it for YouWhen you join CoStar Group, you’ll experience a collaborative and innovative culture working alongside the best and brightest to empower our people and customers to succeed.We offer you generous compensation and performance-based incentives.
