Director of Key Accounts (KAD)
will be responsible for driving the business planning process designed to increase customer engagement and create synergy across the AWM businesses while delivering incremental growth. In collaboration with the AWM Field Sales teams and Corporate Account Director (CAD), the KAD will be responsible for (1) developing and executing the AWM strategy, (2) driving AWM wide cross-sell and contracting, (3) and acting as link between AWM and CAD in covered accounts in order to drive overall SN growth:What will you be doing?
Develop and execute AWM strategy for assigned accounts:Define clear priorities and opportunitiesCommunicate strategy to AWM Field Sales teamsCollaborate with stakeholders to ensure strategy executionDrive cross-selling and contracting within AWM:Communicate AWM-wide value propositionCoordinate cross-AWM contract development and negotiationManage pricing and contract incentivesEnsure compliance and address non-compliance issuesServe as the liaison between AWM and ASD, representing AWM to HCS:Identify opportunities for synergy with other business unitsAlign account strategies with CAD-level strategiesCollaborate with CAD to pursue cross-SN contract opportunitiesSupport C-suite contacts and conduct business reviews with field teams.What will you need to be successful?
Minimum 7 years documented sales success in a broad range of healthcare productsPrior experience preferred in Sales Management and/or IDN account management, including contract negotiation and executionSales/people leadership preferred, not requiredKnowledge of healthcare/hospital buying and contracting processes for both clinical and economic productsUnderstanding of US healthcare landscape, including role of payers, GPOs, distributorsExperience working across business units/segments/functions to drive resultsKnowledge of overall AWM portfolio preferredBA/BS requiredTravel up to 75% of the timeAll field sales professionals that are required to gain entry into healthcare facilities to perform the basic remit of their role must successfully complete our credentialing process, which often includes COVID-19 vaccine management.You.
