Our staff of experienced media buyers, operations specialists, analysts, telemarketing experts, and seasoned account executives work together to create some of the best and most effective direct response television campaigns in the United States.Moore Media is a Moore company, the largest direct marketing firm in the country dedicated to the nonprofit, association, and government sectors.Job Summary:The DRTV Data Analyst is part of a collaborative team that supports many facets of our non-profit clients’ direct response television (DRTV) fundraising campaigns. The DRTV Data Analyst performs quality control of data from stations, call centers, client CRMs, and other sources, and produces regular and ad-hoc reporting.Duties/Responsibilities:Creates client and internal KPI reports in Excel, using data from the SQL database.Runs additional ad hoc reports as requested by the media buying or account teams.Assists account executives with managing the data flow for all clients, particularly new clients being onboarded where testing and QC must be rigorous.Oversees data uploads into the reporting database and the media buying system, including regular QC of incoming files.Assists Media Specialists with troubleshooting database issues and assists Account Executives with troubleshooting reporting issues.Identifies areas for improvement with data management and reporting. Works with the team to implement agreed-upon changes.Assists with updating and maintaining database process/logic documentation, as well as error and resolution logs in Client Operations Guides (COGs).Serves as the liaison with the account team on process development.Analyzes client reports and identifies trends both within a program and across clients or verticals.Assists with building and maintaining dashboards in PowerBI.Performs other duties as required.Required Skills/Abilities:Must enjoy highly detailed work and take pride in producing accurate data/reports.Basic PC skills including Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, calculated formulas, v/x-lookups) required.Comfort utilizing Teams, Zoom, and other tools for collaborating with colleagues.Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships and achieve results by working collaboratively with others.Ability to work well under tight deadlines and adapt quickly to change.A strong desire to support the missions and fundraising efforts of nonprofit organizations through television advertising.Education and Experience:2+ years working with large data sets.
