Job Responsibilities:

Provide hands-on support, recommendations, and guidance across Agile teams through leadership, executive and team training.

Educate team members in Agile methods and their role in the Agile operating model, emphasizing the business value of Agile.

Assess and calibrate the team’s Agile fluency, leveraging the enterprise framework and supporting work mobilization activities.

Bring Agile teams to a level of capability that no longer requires the Coach’s guidance.

Provide coaching and training to leadership, Scrum Masters, and Agile teams.

Guide and oversee multiple teams, enhancing capability across the organization.

Interpret obstacles and recommend best practices based on in-depth Agile expertise.

Assist Scrum Masters in problem resolution and identifying innovative solutions.

Advise delivery teams on transitioning to and operating in scaled delivery environments.

Lead teams to drive Agile adoption.

Participate as a member of the Agile team, promoting a positive work environment.

Provide thought leadership and participate in capability building for the team and business unit.

Stay current on emerging trends and grow knowledge of Agile-related tools and techniques.

Engage in personal performance management and development activities.

Keep others informed about the status of committed work and relevant information.

Contribute to team development through mentorship and sharing of knowledge.

Develop relationships with internal and external Agile teams.

Support a fair, positive, and equitable environment that values diversity.

Act as a brand ambassador internally and externally.

Skills and Experience Required:

Post-secondary education and typically requiring 7+ years of Agile experience.

Certified Scrum Master and/or Certified Scrum Master in scaled Agile framework (e.g., SAFE) with 5+ years of Scrum Master experience.

Advanced knowledge of Agile theory, methodology, scaling techniques, and practices.

Ability to establish goals and objectives that support delivery execution for multiple teams.

Skill in leading, planning, executing, and evaluating work activities.

Experience in mentoring, performance management, and using analytical software tools.

Proficiency in MS Office and industry-standard Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Knowledge of current and emerging competitor and market trends.
