Work with managers to fill vacancies, maintain Vacancy Tracking Logs, and assure vacancies are closed quicklyScreen applicants and manage onboarding processing for candidatesWork with operations managers on recruitment plan for new contractsPost openings and utilize the Internet for recruitmentEnsure all aspects of onboarding are completed prior to new hires beginning to trainOther duties as assignedBenefits
