Customer Sales Director

for its Phoenix office. The person selected will be responsible to manage, support, and inspire our Customer Sales Executives so that they may take full advantage of our uncapped commissions and advantageous bonus structure. Your team will have continuous ownership of the clients they bring in, no territorial boundaries, and will have complete operational support in which to assist your team in the overall strategy and profitability of our branch. Fuel is looking for motivated, competitive, and assertive self-starters who demonstrate professionalism, a strong track record of coaching sales executives to success, and are ready make an immediate impact in our fast-paced environment.Job Summary:Attract, develop, structure and manage a strong client integration and Customer Sales TeamAcquire strategic business information which will be used to generate effective pricing and service solutions for new prospectsGenerate new accounts by following market trends to better understand client needs and available opportunitiesIdentify issues, think critically, and decide the best course of action when dealing with new or existing customersOversee relationship management with our customer partners and Branch Manager for successful client integrationTrain new employees and continue to improve market integrationImplement and carry out strategies & KPI to ensure profitability and efficiencyStay in constant communication with customers, carriers, managers and brokersAttributes:Proven track record of developing business in the 3PL industryPractical experience in managing a team of Customer Sales ExecutivesStrong leadership, management skills and negotiation skillsStrategic, dynamic, enthusiastic, and quick to take initiativeHighly motivated, goal driven, result oriented and team playerStrong presentation, communication and coaching skillsExperienced with Microsoft Office SoftwareEducation & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree with seven to ten (7-10) years’ experience or equivalent combination of direct sales and managing a team of Customer Sales Executives within the third Party Logistic (3PL) industry is preferredPay, benefits, perks, and more:We’re not like the others, nor do we care to be.
