Grand Circle Corporation is seeking a determined & motivated Call Center Recruiter ready for an exciting opportunity to work with a winning team. In this role, you will be responsible for screening resumes, establishing candidate pipelines, and contacting prospective, qualified candidates for a dynamic Sales call center environment. You will maintain meaningful connections and relationships with your qualified candidate pool. You will also directly interface with the Recruiting Team and Call Center Leadership to review candidates on a weekly basis and ensure business needs are being met as we move through 2024.Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate/call center settingExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence to present candidates to hiring managersExperience working with an applicant tracking system (ATS) from sourcing to onboardingAbility to work in a fast-paced working environmentFamiliarity with online job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, etc.)Knowledge of general employment laws and recruiting trendsIntermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office/Word/Excel/PowerPoint)Responsibilities:
Directly source candidates via general job search websites and develop proprietary contacts for specialized requirementsIdentify quality candidates by conducting phone screens to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, culture fit, etc.Build a diverse pipeline of potential candidates by pro-actively contacting prospective candidatesUpdate and track candidates in accordance with GCC’s standardsResponsible for increasing the number of qualified applicants in the databaseSchedule and coordinate interviews including Call Center Management membersStrategize with team members & participate in weekly recruiting meetingsBenefits (30 hours +):
