Financial Analyst

Summary:This role will help the team with reporting including Month End reporting, Clarity reporting, and Program spending reporting. He/she will do analysis such as ATS Financial Tables and Ad Hoc research/analysis. In addition, this role requires skillsets for Forecasting/Budgeting.One team member will be on maternity leave during the busiest time of our fiscal year, from the leadup with June forecast, through AOP and budgeting, through FY24 YE, and probably December forecast. During this time the Tech finance team will each have their own TLT’s to support through their busy period, and will not have the bandwidth to help support VAS TLT and our necessary deliverables.Must have Skills:5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)Financial analysisReporting skillsExcellent Excel skills, experience working with Hyperion (or equivalent), databases and enterprise financial systems (e.g. Oracle Financials)Good communication skillsProactive, detail-oriented, and creative in fully leveraging available resources and data to achieve excellent analysis, fast learner with excellent business acumen with strong bias for action.Nice to have Skills:6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)At least 4 years of business experience with a financial / analytical / consultative focus and progressively increasing responsibility.Experience leading budgeting, forecasting, month-end close and process improvement.Proven expertise in financial modeling and comfort managing large data sets.Compensation:The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).Benefits and Ancillaries:Medical, dental, vision, PTO benefits and ancillaries may be available for eligible Aditi Consulting employees and vary based on the plan options selected by the employee.
