The Management and Business Analyst position will be part of the Office of the Chief Operating Officer (OCOO), and report to the Associate Director, Strategic Plan OversightThe primary responsibilities of the role will include supporting key organizational initiatives aligned with the organization’s Strategic PlanThis role will work on developing, monitoring, and evaluating components of the strategic planning processAssist with the development and management of processes and tools for identifying, prioritizing, resource planning, and executing initiatives and projects that support the Strategic Plan, including developing performance measures to monitor organizational accomplishmentsSupport the development of detailed project plans, provide project documentation, and measure project performance using systems, tools, and techniques to ensure projects are executed with optimal efficiency and maintain alignment with strategic directionTrack and monitor key performance metrics related to effective management, implementation, and reporting of initiatives and metrics related to the Strategic PlanResearch and report on best practices for developing and reporting on performance measures related to auditing, inspections, finance, human resources, and technology, and develop recommendationsCollaborate with the Associate Director, Strategic Plan Oversight and the Finance group on the enhancements to a long-term planning frameworkUse skills in project and program management, business analysis, governance, process improvement, and change management to successfully manage projects related to Strategic Plan actionsParticipate in special projects as neededPerforms other duties as assignedBenefits
