We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in analyzing, designing, implementing, and maintaining efficient information systems and business processes to meet our organization's objectives. As a BSA, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and IT professionals to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and document their requirements.Analyze and translate business needs into clear and comprehensive system requirements.
System Design and Documentation:
Collaborate with development teams to design effective and efficient system solutions.Create detailed system documentation, including specifications, process flows, and data models.
Testing and Quality Assurance:
Develop and execute test plans to ensure that systems meet specified requirements.Collaborate with QA teams to conduct thorough testing, identify and address defects.
Implementation and Integration:
Facilitate the implementation of new systems and integrations.Ensure seamless integration of new solutions with existing business processes.
Change Management:
Assess the impact of proposed changes and enhancements on existing systems and processes.Develop change management strategies to minimize disruptions and ensure smooth transitions.
Stakeholder Communication:
Communicate effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers.Provide regular updates on project progress, issues, and risks.
Problem Resolution:
Investigate and resolve system issues, working closely with support teams.Proactively identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
Training and Support:
Develop training materials and provide user training as needed.Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users.
EXPERIENCE:Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Familiarity with project management methodologies.Knowledge of database concepts.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.SKILLS:Experience with Agile development methodologies.Understanding of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.Experience with NetSuite, Celigo, Shopify, EDI and 3PL warehouses.Salary Range: $95,000 - $100,000 annuallyAbout Beach House GroupA disruptive force of innovation in the beauty and lifestyle space, we are a brand incubator delivering thoughtful products and bold strategies that intuit the needs of today's consumer.
