$150,000 - $250,000 per yearA Bit About UsSmall civil litigation firm in downtown Seattle is looking for an Associate Attorney with at least five years experience in civil litigation. Applicant must be capable of handling cases throughout the litigation process with supervision. Experience with motion practice is essential.Why join us?The position is full time. The office is located in sunny downtown Seattle.Job ResponsibilitiesMeet with clients in your office to discuss legal issues and to devise litigation strategiesResearch cases by interviewing witnesses, reading depositions, reviewing evidence and speaking with the client to determine the best strategy for their legal matterDraft motions and other papers. Conduct discovery. Depose party opponents, experts and third partiesAttend all hearings on behalf of clients and argue in support of motions and papersConduct hearings and trials as requiredAssist clients with executing settlement agreementsInterested in hearing more?
