This position is for a strong technical business analyst who will be guiding and assisting development team members and business owners in translating requirements into agile user stories. You will be joining a team that is in transition from a traditional waterfall delivery model to a product-centric, scaled agile framework.In this position you will be part of a Release Train delivering a critical product for lab experiment execution to a global customer base within the Dia R&D Informatics solutions portfolio.Duties

Works closely with the Product team (Product Manager, Release Train Engineer, Product Owner(s), developers, scrum master, Business Analysts, technical resources, and other stakeholders).Work closely with business SME and Product Owners to convert requests into best practices user stories with clear definition, acceptance criteria, and persona representation.Support our business partners to think deeply about what they need and then document and verify those requirements.Act as the business advocate or proxy product owner related to the design activities ensuring IT understands and achieves the requirement in their architectures.Assist with economic decision-making by facilitating feature and capability estimation by teams and the roll-up to Epics, where necessary.Help manage risks and dependencies.Drive relentless improvement via Inspect and Adapt workshops; assess the agility level of the ART and Solution Train and help them improve.Foster use of engineering and Built-In Quality practices.Identify gaps in process and skills and help bridge the transition of the organization to scaled agile, product-centric delivery.Help manage other special projects within the domain as assigned.Qualifications

5+ years experience in technical business analysis.4+ years experience being part of agile project development team.Must be extremely strong in writing/managing user stories and understand best practices for agile project management tools (JIRA, CodeBeamer, etc.).Experience in the pharmaceutical industry a plus.Exhibits intellectual curiosity and integrity.Has successfully delivered within large-scale software projects as a BA (with multiple tracks of work and teams in multiple locations) from concept to delivery.Strong skills in leading teams, problem-solving, influencing, teamwork, initiative and communication.Ability to work flexible hours as needed and to facilitate virtual meetings for globally dispersed teams.Healthcare software background within a regulated environment, International teamwork or global functional experience is preferred.Experience in collaborating with teams on a more complex project or program decisions across multiple areas, evaluating tradeoffs and providing options and recommendations to senior executives.Demonstrated skills in innovation and creative approaches in building new business process solutions.Experience in managing senior stakeholders.Strong communication skills.Negotiation skills, long term and strategic thinking without losing the actual needs, teamwork and fast integration into bigger teams.Demonstrated experience facilitating meetings at multiple levels of an organization and an understanding of facilitation techniques.Fluent English skills (written and spoken).Flexible working hours: early mornings PST.Desired Experience

Experience supporting research laboratory execution informatics.Strong experience in delivery cloud based systems and current market technologies for storage.Experience with GxP relevant systems.Experience with deployment of cloud and SaaS solutions.Knowledge of Diagnostics business.
