You've been a software engineer for 3+ yearsFront-End Focused: you’ve used HTML, CSS, and WebflowProduct Led: you will be the technical power behind our product-led growth efforts, so you have an eye for design, product management, and effective engineeringCollaborative: you thrive in an environment involving different functions, stakeholders, and subject matter expertsNice to have: UX design and/or product management experienceMethodical and results-driven, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and startup experience is a huge plusAbout the Role
Work closely with Engineering, Marketing, and Product teamsOwn A/B testing stack and strategyImplement no-code solutions where appropriate to streamline the Growth team's ability to ship testsGenerate ideas, define success metrics, and formulate hypotheses for rapid experimentation initiativesOwn problems from end to end, manage complexity and engage directly with stakeholders to develop short-term and long-term solutionsBe a strategic partner, thinking through everything from business impact to reliability and operability to the end userThe Process:
