You have over three years of experience selling to SMB company decision-makers and are familiar with working directly with multiple stakeholders.You have over two years of experience owning the entire conversion funnel from lead qualification to close: this is a “full stack” sales role. We’ll provide the leads, but you’ll be responsible for working on and completing them.You can build rapport quickly: You will work closely with clients managing the relationship. They need to trust you before they trust us.You are detail-focused and look for opportunities to improve our workflows and scripts: this is not a sales role where you “follow the script.” You are excited by the opportunity to shape our sales motion for this market.Excited by the idea of working at a startup: as early hires on a new team, there will be some organized chaos to manage.
