BC Family OP Physician - Salinas, CA
Leading Multi-Specialty Group is seeking a Full-Time Family Medicine Physician for an Outpatient setting. The practice operates Monday to Friday, with inpatient care provided through a hospitalist group. The large referral network will aid in rapid ramp-up, with an average of 20 patients per day for a mature practice.
Candidates should be comfortable with evidence-based care, performance measures, and navigating care in an EMR environment.
Compensation Package Includes:
Highly competitive salary plus RVU bonus
Up to $215,000 forgivable loan for relocation, student loans, and/or home purchase
3 weeks paid time off
CME stipend
401K with 4% match
Excellent insurance coverage
Location:
Monterey Bay is located 15 minutes north of Carmel, 60 minutes south of San Jose, and 90 minutes south of San Francisco. The area features miles of scenic coastline, strong surf culture, enticing State Parks and Beaches, and endless opportunities for outdoor activities, arts and culture, and diverse educational opportunities.
Residents enjoy a variety of activities including biking, hiking, kayaking, sailing, rock climbing, camping, and golfing at Pebble Beach, as well as many other golf courses.
