Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Education & Experience:Bachelor’s degree or related Human Resources backgroundTwo years of direct recruitment experience in the fieldFamiliar with all variety of recruitment practicesCommitment to excellence and high standardsStrong written and oral communication skillsAbility to work with all levels of managementExcellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skillsAbility to independently manage priorities and workflowCreative, flexible, and innovative team playerVersatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasmAbility to work independently and as a member of various teams and committeesDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:The Healthcare Recruiter aspect of recruitment including:Responsible for Full Cycle recruitment of healthcare professionalsRegularly reports to Head of HR with weekly progress updatesRegularly partners with hiring manager to anticipate and plan for provider staffing needs in advance of required start dateSources candidates through cold calling, search engines, referrals, networking, career fairs, and other avenuesMakes recommendations regarding recruitment programs, budgets, and collateral to attract applicants and to fill specific job openingsFollow-up with applicants regarding their applicant statusPost job requisitions following approved budgets to both internal and external websitesScreen applicants as well as conduct phone and in-person interviews to ensure applicants meet licensing, certification, education and experience requirementsCreates and sends internal status change letters to employeesManages relationships with external agencies and vendors who advertise and promote targeted jobsDevelops and maintains relationships with colleges, agencies, and other sources of high-quality candidatesEstablish an effective talent acquisition strategy to build a world class teamOther duties may be assigned, as required
