About the job:

This is a great opportunity for someone with one to two years of development experience to grow their skills within .NET and learn from senior development team members.

You will be responsible for:Writing and reviewing portions of detailed specifications for the development of system components of moderate complexity.Completing simple bug fixes.Working closely with other development team members to understand product requirements and translate them into software designs.Operating in various development environments (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) while collaborating with key stakeholders.Resolving technical issues as necessary.Keeping abreast of new technology developments.

Qualifications:1+ years of Software Engineering experience in a Microsoft environment.BS Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent experience required.Proficiency with data manipulation languages.Ability to work with simple data models.Proficiency in development languages including .Net C# and SQL.Familiarity with industry best practices — code coverage.Basic knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).Basic knowledge of data manipulation languages.Knowledge of data storage subsystems.Knowledge of test-driven development.Ability and desire to learn new processes and technologies.Basic oral and written communication skills.
