Director of Revenue Operations

About the Role3S Health seeks a Director of Revenue Operations to sharpen our analytical edge and unlock opportunities for scaling partnerships with market-leading brands. This person will be vital to the company as they will be the connective tissue between external and internal stakeholders and will oversee a key growth lever for the business.Your Day-to-DayModeling unit economics and overall budgets across a variety of categories and developing highly strategic and quantitative pitch materials for partner proposals.Owning the analyses that uncover growth opportunities and compensation upside within our existing partner portfolio and working with the Chief Revenue Officer to secure best-in-class compensation increases.Implementing and executing against a playbook for managing each tier of partner according to realized potential and/or identified potential.Collaborating with functional leaders across the business to align resources in a way that ensures we are a top partner by both volume and quality for the market leaders in each of our core categories.Translating market research and insights into actionable competitive advantages, distilling the "so what" to internal stakeholders.About You1-4 years of experience in a highly quantitative and analytical role; statistics or management consulting experience is more relevant to this role than traditional marketing or market research analysis - marketing experience a plus.Experience working with internal stakeholders and managing complex projects.Comfortable with large data sets and data analysis.Track record of thriving in a fast-paced and often changing environment.Advanced Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets skills; competency in advanced statistical tools SQL, and data visualization tools a plus.About UsLaunched in 2021, 3S Health's mission is to empower people to live healthier lives through access to leading-edge information about health-related products and services.
