Dynata is looking for a VP, Product Marketing GTM, to drive our go to market strategy and execution. This role serves in a leadership capacity as the focal point for the organization driving overall the GTM strategy working with Sales, Product, and Operations to drive our value proposition, competitive differentiation, product set, sales, marketing plans, and financial performance.

The VP Product Marketing, GTM, works closely with sales teams (direct, indirect and partner seller teams) to define and develop their GTM playbooks deploying high impact products, service packages, new pricing, partnership programs, thought leadership, brand and promotional campaigns across their customer segments. Product Marketing GTM Leaders share and align their success goals closely with the success of Sales. Key success factors for segment leaders include but are not limited to competitive market share, revenue growth, new customer activation, customer retention, customer lifetime value, increase share of wallet and marquee enterprise customers.

A successful VP, Marketing, GTM will gain a deep understanding of preferences, trends, needs of segment buyer types, personas, total market opportunity, and buying criteria; clearly understands competitive capabilities and disabilities; and strives to develop differentiated Dynata value proposition that resonates and delivers reliable and consistent success outcomes for segment buyers.

The VP, Product Marketing, GTM is a balanced internal minded and external facing role – can work with Sales and Product teams to develop customer and partner relationships within the segment ecosystem. Internally, the GTM segment lead works closely across the commercial spectrum: with brand, content, creative, demand, product, customer/professional services, pricing, program management, sales and/or marketing operations, sales enablement and strategic partners.

We are looking for someone to own GTM from end-to-end. We are looking 4 leaders to each own one of the many segments within Dynata. Ideally, this these individuals will have experience working within one of the 4 segments listed below.

Segments: MRA (Market research), Corporate, Consulting & Investment (C&I) and Media.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:Provide strategic, analytical, and project management leadership while engaging stakeholders across the business to drive enterprise-wide best practices.Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy, Planning, and execution by segment/channel.Develop and implement processes to gain the market and customer insights required to identify opportunities for differentiated solutions and services that address key challenges for customers.Partner with Sales to create and execute segment and account-specific growth strategies and plans to increase customer engagement, improve relationships, build brand equity, drive faster closes, and improve win rates. Sales enablement.Define and maintain segment profiles across the business along with persona-specific needs and considerations per segment.Define product requirements specific to segment needs. Own development of Business cases to support required product developments.Deliver financial targets by customer segment for the company.Lead the development of collateral and training initiatives to boost sales channel situational fluency for target application.Segment playbook program management.Developing and executing segmented and ABM campaigns with strong value propositions to drive awareness and demand generation.Product Advocacy.Defines and analyzes key performance indicators (KPIs) and scorecard metrics for the segments.Identifies failure points and orchestrates resources to mitigate.Experience:The ideal candidate has 15+ years of relevant product marketing/management/strategic and gtm experience ability to synthesize strategic, financial, operational analysis, and research into strategic insights and practice recommendations.Strong leadership, strategic thinking, organizational, project management, and presentation skills.Experience in KPI measurement and analytics.Proven success developing and executing research to uncover customer needs and considerations and then transforming the finding into recommendations.Action-Oriented, Entrepreneurial.Lead Indicator Manager.Strategic-minded.At Dynata, we are committed to fostering an inclusive, accessible environment, where all employees and customers feel valued, respected and supported. The salary range for this position in is $180K-$225K/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A discretionary incentive program may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and other benefits, dependent on full-time employment status.#J-18808-Ljbffr
