$150,000-$170,000 + Excellent BenefitsTHE BUSINESS:Hamilton Mayer International is working in close partnership with a large construction firm in the US. The San Antonio office of this $3bn revenue general contractor is looking to appoint an experienced, high-caliber, hands-on construction professional to help run the region following a series of successful contract awards. This individual will be able to lead multiple teams effectively with a track record running various jobs from the ground-up.SKILLS NEEDED:Responsible for running multiple large projects from the ground up, with construction values ranging from $50-80m upwards.Create and manage budgets for all assigned projects.Conduct project meetings, while setting milestones and formulating monthly owner reports.Establish job processes (RFIs, submittals, and pay applications) including approving pay applications and negotiating subcontract change orders.Perform project scheduling; ensure project quality control and establish overall project logistics.Manage the closeout process efficiently.Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs while explaining how these needs could be met by specific company services.Oversee and coordinate planning and scope development, specification and drawing preparation, equipment and materials planning.Ensure overall quality and project control is at the highest standards.Providing project reports to the owner and senior leadership.As a leader, you have to be as available and inclusive as possible for your team.REQUIREMENTS:Ground-up, concrete structure, steel frame expert, with market focus being flexible.Background delivering past projects valuing between $50-80m upwards.Introducing and maintaining a culture of positivity.Mastery of reading construction drawings; tasks including reading, interpreting, and updating construction project-related designs.Ability to organize necessary resources, including people, tools and time to meet tight deadlines and achieve desired results.Interested in this role?
