We are seeking a dedicated Full Stack Engineer with a strong focus on the client side to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in web development and demonstrate proficiency in Angular, React, and jQuery. A primary emphasis of this role is placed on unit testing and code coverage to ensure the reliability and quality of our software products. Additionally, the successful candidate will showcase strong documentation skills to ensure clear communication within the team and facilitate seamless project collaboration. Work with design to create beautiful and intuitive client facing applicationsBalance reusability with bundle size to deliver performant solutionsCollaborate with our product management and design teams to understand customer pain points, come up with solutions, and then prototype, iterate, and launch dailyBuild a product that our customers genuinely loveHere's what we're looking for:
3-5+ years of client side experienceExperience with Angular, React, jQueryExposure to backend development - Spring boot a plusSQL and fundamentals of relational database design (MySQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and within a fast-paced team environmentStrong work ethic supported by solid time-management skillsPassionate about creating memorable experiences for customersInterest in complex product development problemsAppreciation for a collaborative, test-driven environmentExperience turning wireframes and mockups into elegantly executed codeWell-structured, easily maintainable, well-documented code that balances beauty and pragmatismOur cash compensation amount for this role is targeted at $135,000/yr to $161,000/yr in Scottsdale & most major metro locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.Symmetry has a physical office space in Scottsdale. Employees who are based in those locations will be expected to work from the office on designated days approximately
2-3 days
