Position Overview:We are seeking a highly dynamic and motivated Financial Analyst to support our client’s sales finance function. The successful candidate will be responsible for forecasting, reporting, and managing expenses related to sales operations. This role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to provide business partnership and advice, and proficiency in various software tools such as Excel, Salesforce, SAP, Tableau, Keynote, and presentation skills.Responsibilities:
Forecasting sales and expensesSetting sales quotasCalculating commissionsEvaluating promotions and sales exceptionsPartnering with the team to manage budget and expense approvalsAnalyzing risks and opportunities to help meet targetsProviding clear communication and advice to the team regarding financial performanceSupporting ad hoc analysis for the sales teamCollaborating with the head of finance on special projects and process automation initiativesRequirements:
3-5+ years of experience in financial analysisPreferred Skills:
Strong proficiency in Excel for data analysis purposesExperience with Salesforce CRM systemKnowledge of SAP or similar ERP systemsProficiency in Tableau or other data visualization toolsExcellent presentation skills using Keynote or PowerPointEffective communication abilities
