There’s no one like you and that’s why there’s nowhere like RSM.Position DescriptionRSM US, LLP is currently seeking a Director to add to our Management Consulting team within the M&A Integration and Separation Advisory practice. The ideal candidate will have held a senior-level mergers and acquisitions leadership position at a Big 4 Consulting firm or a highly recognized, similar scale, national consulting firm. The candidate must have a proven track record of performance within a management consulting M&A team on an ongoing basis for the past 10-12 years, and must have proven skills with integrations, separations and/or restructuring. The ideal candidate would have a significant depth of experience, an established network of contacts in private equity, and mid-market companies with operations in multiple countries.You will work with our clients and existing team to lead integration and/or separation efforts from planning through execution, coordinating a team of professionals and services across all RSM practices. You will take the lead in developing and growing a client network via your business acumen, personal network, and complex delivery skills. This position will be directly involved with relationship management, supervision of multiple engagements, onsite client projects and development of the Management Consulting Integration and Separation Advisory services including demonstrating RSM capabilities related to all aspects of the transaction lifecycle as well as a growth path to further Leadership opportunities within our Practice and Firm.At RSM, we offer a competitive benefits and compensation package for all our people.
