We are seeking a highly collaborative product leader with experience scaling B2B card programs. This role is critical to the success of BILL’s payment strategy and to our mission to make it simple for small businesses to connect and do business.You will own the P&L for business and customer outcomes for a portfolio of high-growth card products, as well as a remit to ideate and launch new payment propositions. You will set the vision for your product portfolio, and define and execute against your roadmap to achieve your vision, in line with BILL’s overall product strategy. You will be responsible for the coaching, scaling and management of a team of product managers. This role is fundamentally cross-functional and requires true partnership with design, engineering, marketing, operations, risk, finance and compliance to execute against ambitious growth objectives.We’d Love To Chat If You Have
10+ years of hands-on product management experience in the payments industryDemonstrated track record of full product development lifecycle ownership: vision setting, ideation, research and test & learn, comprehensive requirement documentation, MVP, product launch, ongoing managementExperience working in an agile software development environment leveraging ScrumSought after people manager and a track record of building productive relationships with design, engineering and marketing partnersExtraordinary analytical, critical thinking and strategic problem-solving skillsComfort with ambiguity and ability to cut through complexity to problem solve; growth mindsetAbility to operate cross-functionally, leading and influencing colleagues, to problem solveCompelling written and verbal communication, strong story-telling skills to bring along the organization, and create buy-in with executive leadershipLet’s Talk About Benefits
