For more information, visit www.blend360.comJob DescriptionSupport the Account Leaders in running and growing a major retail account. This includes developing a strong relationship with the client and being a strong voice for the client within Blend. The Account Director is expected to be on-site at the client (Bay Area) 50-100% of the time.Primary ResponsibilitySupporting the Account Leaders around day-to-day needs of the account. These responsibilities are wide-ranging, including:Supporting communications and presentations to the clientFacilitating and managing SOW’s, documentation, etc., working with procurement organization where necessaryHelping to manage internal Blend needs around the client such as pipeline management, forecasting, etc.Ensuring QBR’s are scheduled, robustly prepared and executedSupporting the Account Leaders in developing growth plans both short term and long termSupporting the development of account plans around resource needsCreating and managing intake systems for client requests, including new projectsProviding a first point of contact for client and escalating issues / concerns / opportunities appropriately to Account LeadersDeveloping and maintaining client and relationship organization maps, dossiers and related materials to support growing Blend’s presenceManaging account coordinator and helping skills/career developmentHolding delivery teams accountable for project plans, timelines and deliverablesQualificationsClient and relationship managementProject managementUnderstanding of data science and consulting5 to 10 years experienceEager and excited about helping to grow a big account and advance in their careerAbility to deal with ambiguityClear, concise communication skillsAdditional InformationThe starting pay range for this role is $150,000 - $170,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on several factors including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, certifications, training, and location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range and determining factors for compensation are considered for each individual circumstance.
