We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager to join our fast-paced team.As our Product Manager on e-commerce integrations, you will be responsible for deeply understanding the ecosystem of commerce enablement tools and designing a unified API across different platforms that fit those workflows. The role involves a mix of product and sales engineering - you’ll join all sales calls as the technical counterpart and demo the product in order to gain a better understanding of the customer, and use those learnings to group customers by common workflows and design an API that fits the needs of that workflow.You’ll have the opportunity to own an entire product line of ecommerce-centric integrations and will report directly to the CEO.You will:Oversee the full product life cycle (strategy, build, execution, and utilization) for Rutter’s ecommerce products, and be the internal + external subject matter expert on ecommerce workflows, integrations, and API design.Product strategy

Understand all the tools in the e-commerce enablement landscape and group them into distinct, API-based workflows that Rutter can provide.Understand how tools in the space mature and build sales collateral that can speak to the future state of those tools.Prioritize what workflows Rutter should execute on.Identify adjacent integrations and workflows to those used by tools in e-commerce enablement.

Product execution

Design unified APIs that allow customers in the e-commerce enablement landscape to execute on certain workflows.Build endpoint-level and field-level API product mappings that the engineering team will use to build the product.Build deep understanding of the workflow and API requirements with the engineering team. Build strong customer empathy.

GTM execution

Demo and answer questions about the product on sales calls.Use customer learnings to build an opinion on how a customer’s product matures and how Rutter can help them achieve their future state.
