Latitude is seeking a Corporate Tax Attorney with 6-10 years of experience to join the tax practice of a highly-respected, collegial law firm. Strong academic credentials, including an LLM in taxation, are required. The ideal candidate will have experience in corporate tax matters such as formation, acquisition, disposition, merger and reorganization of business entities; analyzing complex tax issues; and tax controversy.Requirements for the Corporate Tax Attorney:
