We are currently seeking a Functional Technical Specialist. This position requires experienced professionals with hands-on experience in functional safety engineering in the context of ISO 26262 at an OEM or Tier 1:Lead the development of functional safety system requirements and functional decomposition for specific functional domains including power electronics, battery systems, and industrial robotics.Guide hardware and software development teams toward successful implementation of ISO 26262.Review and approve HARA, functional safety requirements, technical safety requirements, and validation tests.Review and approve Development Agreements and other necessary functional safety documents for suppliers/external partners, including safety work plans for timely completion of supplier activities.Work with engineering and compliance teams to support FMEDA reviews.Work in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment with minimal direct oversight where collaboration is key.
