DevOps Engineer
to join our nascent team.Responsibilities:Ensure reliability, continuity, and scalability of our microservices and Deep Learning computation applications.Implement best practices for our high-observability stack: monitoring, alerting, logging.Enable our engineering team to code and deliver as close as possible to the production environment using local Kubernetes clusters and Lens.Maintain our automated CI/CD pipelines and supervise deployments when needed.Implement and improve our security practices as we work towards SOC-2 compliance.Technical Environment:Our application ecosystem leverages the latest web development paradigms, working with modern Python (3.8+), Flask/FastAPI ecosystems, PostgreSQL, Redis, React.js, Docker, Kubernetes, Spinnaker while being agnostic of cloud providers.Ideal Candidate:4+ years of experience in a real production environment for web and/or ML applications with Kubernetes & Docker.Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Github Action, GitLab, Spinnaker, Argo, or similar.Proficient with industry concepts & tools such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.Experience maintaining stateful services like Redis or PostgreSQL databases.Expertise with Spinnaker and Terraform.Comfortable in Python.Fluent in English.About Mindee:Company Size: 51 - 250 PeopleYear Founded: 2018Country: United StatesCompany Status: Actively Hiring
