DescriptionAs demand generation lead, you will be responsible for developing and managing our demand generation initiatives for Airbyte’s switch from open source to cloud revenues. This is a unique opportunity to help build our demand generation function, while reporting directly to our co-founder & COO. You will be accountable for the strategy, development, and execution of demand generation programs to drive awareness and demand for Airbyte for our decision maker persona.

Responsibilities

Grow our pipeline and drive key business metrics including leads, MQLs, and revenue through organic and paid efforts, both inbound and outbound.

Execute highly targeted multi-touch, multi-channel campaigns.

Design experiences that span across ads, personalized landing pages, direct mail, outbound email campaigns.

Own the paid marketing strategy and budget.

Pair with product marketing to identify and explore new verticals, new personas, and new propositions.

Collaborate actively with Sales team in nurturing prospects through customer buyer-journey.

Work closely with marketing ops to empower and measure your initiatives.

Build and scale email nurture / re-engage programs in Hubspot.

Manage a growth-oriented budget based that scales with performance.

Lead a culture of rapid experimentation across channels.

Grow a team with a focus on growing the sales-assist pipeline.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in demand generation and performance marketing.

Experience in addressing B2B and developer audiences for at least 3+ years.

Hands-on and ability to thrive in early-stage startups.

Fluent in CRMs and audience segmentation strategies.

Data-driven and know how to drive and measure impact with a team.

Problem solver at heart and know how to move things forward with limited resources.

Ability to create a strategic vision and communicate it effectively.

Salary for this job:

$153,000-$215,000

+ a generous equity package and benefits listed above.
