Our team is rapidly growing as we expand our programs to reach more health systems and patients, and we are excited to bring on a Senior Analytics Engineer. In this role, you will have the responsibility of driving the analysis, architecture, design and development of our data warehouse and analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will be able to collaborate effectively with Memora’s Product Management, Engineering, QA, TechOps and business stakeholders.As part of our Reporting and BI team, you will work very closely with data engineers, analysts and cross-functional business stakeholders. You should not only be driven by the problems we are solving but also by the innovative approach and technology that we are applying to healthcare. We’re looking for someone with exceptional curiosity and enthusiasm for solving hard problems.Primary Responsibilities:

Design and develop data models and transformation layers to support reporting, analytics and AI/ML capabilities.Develop and maintain solutions to enable self-serve reporting and analytics.Build robust, performant ETL/ELT data pipelines.Develop data quality monitoring solutions to increase data quality standards and metrics accuracy.Establish best practices designing, building and maintaining data models.Qualifications (Required):

7+ years of data warehousing / analytics engineering experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment3+ years of data modeling experienceStrong experience in design and development of highly scalable ETL/ELT processes using SQL and PythonExperience implementing complex data transformations, error handling and monitoring frameworksExperience with data modeling design patterns like Star / Snowflake / Data Vault schemasExpert SQL querying skills, proficient with Python, R, or other statistical programming languagesProficient in analyzing data using a variety of methods including statistics and relational databasesExperience with SQL and NoSQL data stores like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or BigQueryExperience with analytical and reporting tools, such as Looker or TableauUnderstanding of up-to-date software engineering tools and processes (Git, CI/CD, GCP/AWS, Jira)Qualifications (Bonus):

Familiarity with Apache Beam, Github, AirflowExperience with DBTExperience with Looker. Both building content and managing the semantic layer in LookMLExperience in implementing ETL audits, error handling frameworks, and database performance tuningExperience with data governance and/or HIPAA complianceApplication usage tracking and A/B testingExperience with NLP and AI/MLExperience in health techExperience working at a startupWhat You Get:
