Day-to-day responsibilities and requirements include (but are not limited to) the following:3+ years of legal experience focused on joint real estate venturesExperience drafting and revising complex real estate limited liability company and partnership agreementsStrong knowledge of and experience with title + survey reviewHands-on experience with sale transactions, closing purchase and sale engagementDeep, organic interest + fascination with joint venturesExperience working with an AmLaw 200 firm is a HUGE plusBarred in State of CAAble to work four days per week in-office (SF, LA, OC, SD)Interested in hearing more?
