Come build the first distributed utility with us, propelling the biggest energy transformation of our lifetime!The RoleAs a founding member of Demand & Production Planning function within our Supply Chain team, you will play a key role in launching and streamlining an integrated operations planning and execution framework that connects Moxion’s manufacturing operations to customers by translating demand into production plans and driving master scheduling.The products you help bring to market will transform and disrupt massive industries that haven’t seen innovation in decades. Come electrify the future with us!What you'll do:Launch and sustain a world class integrated business planning process with cross functional stakeholders for demand and supply alignment with monthly cycles that ensure calibration of operational plans with sales, product, and financial plans.Identify, hire and manage a rockstar team of Production Planners and Master Production Schedulers.Develop the master production schedule for all factories observing the main manufacturing constraints and takt times. Level-load production to maintain steady flow of work orders to drive the material flow and manufacturing execution.Manage all aspects of the demand & production planning processes while contributing to Moxion’s overall customer satisfaction levels, product reliability, inventory management, and attainment of financial goals.Communicate and align demand & production plan changes and recommendations with leadership.Drive analytics for planning efficiency metrics and process improvements along the end-to-end supply chain.Work cross-functionally to support supply chain priorities; as necessary, lead projects that close gaps and capitalize on opportunities.Skills to be successful:Expertise leading a cross-functional SIOP or S&OP process; proficiency in demand planning, capacity, supply, and inventory planning.Experience in Production Planning & Master Scheduling.Ability to clearly communicate to all levels within the organization.Strong analytical, problem solving and planning skills.Proven understanding of concepts of inventory management and distribution planning.Nice to haves:APICS certification.Lean Six Sigma Green / Black Belt Certification.At Moxion you get:Health, dental, and vision coverage, unlimited PTO, competitive equity & compensation packages, free coffee and snacks, flexible work from home policy, access to Mountain Hardware, Columbia, Sorel, & Prana employee stores and discounts, credit to company swag store, investment in professional development courses, and parental leave program.We Value:People are at the core of Moxion’s values.
