As a

Mid-Level Salesforce Application Developer , you will be refactoring applications to better utilize out of the box functionality, refactoring the data model to use out of the box objects, implementing code based on the user interface and/or user design specifications, ensuring industry best practices are followed during the development process, to include unit testing within the Salesforce User Interface.Responsibilities include:Communicate and collaborate with other technical resources and stakeholders regarding status, technical issues, and creative solutionsSupport data migration related analysis, manipulation, and load activities for system cut-over and SFDC go-liveMaintain security for Salesforce.com dataInterface with business analysts and technical staff and be responsible for delivering complete work productsEngage in declarative development (Flows, Lightning App Builder, Experience Cloud Sites, etc.) and configuration of AppExchange AppsEngage in application development (Apex, LWC, etc.) including troubleshooting and resolving bugsResearch and keep current on force.com technologies and communicate trends and future needs to leadershipPerform maintenance and troubleshooting of applicationsBuild client trust and respect, establish client relationships, and develop rapport with clientsParticipate and engage in Agile ceremonies and team meetingsDocument best practices and operational proceduresFacilitate continuous improvement within the environmentQualifications

Required:Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution5+ years of experience with Salesforce developmentFunctional knowledge of Salesforce.com data structure and understanding of how to leverage the tool to meet complex process and reporting requirementsMust have proven knowledge and practical application of LWC, Apex, and the Salesforce APIsEligible to obtain and maintain a government security clearanceSalesforce development and implementation experience.At minimum hold current Salesforce App Builder and Platform Developer I certificationsExperience with VSCode with Salesforce DX and Git version controlExperience delivering Salesforce projects using Agile and DevSecOps methodologiesExperience with Salesforce Development and Deployment ToolsExperience with Experience Cloud and FlowsExperience with declarative configuration, Apex development, and Lightning Web Component developmentAble to translate user stories into working softwarePreferred Skills:Unique combination of being business-minded and highly analytical while also having a strong technical background in Salesforce.comExcellent interpersonal skills, as well as excellent communication skills, verbal and written to both technical and non-technical audiences that are in a geographically dispersed environment (conference calls, Skype, face-to-face)Ability to produce quality technical documentation and analysisHands-on experience in release managementExperience with integration developmentTake initiative to recommend process improvements and demonstrate creative thinkingDemonstrate self-motivation and the ability to grasp concepts quicklyDemonstrate sharp, analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skillsSalesforce Platform Developer I & JavaScript Developer I certificationsAbout
