We are currently seeking a dynamic, highly motivated, and experienced individual for the position of

Territory Sales Manager, Long-Term Care, Sacramento, CA / Northern California

to primarily meet/exceed sales objectives by effectively utilizing account-based selling strategies to meet the needs of all key stakeholders in LTC setting to help them deliver quality resident care and grow the profitability of their business.Job Duties And Responsibilities

Key targets in addition to Sacramento include Fresno, San Francisco, Oakland and San Jose for this territory.Grow product market share base by closing for new business in both new and existing accounts prioritized on market potential in a compliant manner.Build incredible customer experiences with your keen communication skills to understand the customers’ needs and deliver resources and relevant information to influence appropriate use of our product.Showcase your critical thinking and strategic mindset to understand and navigate the healthcare environment.Assess and analyze product/competitor trends in your territory and account affiliation levels.Align budgets and resources based on highest opportunities to accelerate brand growth.Proactively provide candid, constructive, and collaborative communication across sales leadership, marketing, market access, and other teams.Ensure accurate and timely oversight of customary sales reporting data, including call reporting, sample management, expense reports, training modules, business plans, etc.Key Core Competencies

A proven, consistent, and documented track record of top ranked sales performance (ideally top 25% of the nation).Demonstrated success applying clinical knowledge, healthcare landscape knowledge, and critical thinking skills.Strong work ethic and ability to quickly identify and accelerate sales trends and offset challenges.Consistently operate in a manner which demonstrates and instills trust and integrity across all aspects of the role.Ability to effectively work in a fast-paced, growing environment.Ability to comply with customer institution access requirements.Ability and willingness to travel overnight 20% or more of the time depending on the assigned territory.Ability to drive a car and possess a valid and current driver’s license.Education And Experience

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, science, or related fields; and2+ years of LTC sales experience managing accounts with key stakeholders (physicians, mid-level practitioners, nursing home clinical and managerial staff, LTC pharmacies, consultant pharmacists and professional associations).Successful pharmaceutical launch experience.Urology experience.The base salary range for this role is $95,155.00 to $130,838.00. Base salary is part of our total rewards package which also includes the opportunity for merit-based salary increases, short incentive plan participation, eligibility for our 401(k) plan, medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurances and leaves provided in line with your work state. Our robust time-off policy includes unlimited paid time off, 11 paid holidays plus additional time off for a shut-down period during the last week of December, 80 hours of paid sick time upon hire and each year thereafter. Total compensation, including base salary to be offered, will depend on elements unique to each candidate, including candidate experience, skills, education and other factors permitted by law.Disclaimer:
