Job Description:
In these roles you will be responsible for:Manage each project's scope and timelineCoordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-upsCoach team members in Agile frameworksFacilitate internal communication and effective collaborationBe the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders)Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requestsResolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occurHelp teams implement changes effectivelyEnsure deliverables are up to quality standardsGuide development teams to higher scrum maturityHelp build a productive environment where team members 'own' the product and enjoy working on itQualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of directly related experience5+ years of experience working in an Agile environment as a Scrum MasterExperience working with 3+ teams simultaneouslyGreat knowledge and demonstrated expertise in applying Agile best practices, Scrum ceremonies, and scaled Agile practicesExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate in a highly collaborative fashionExperience in all facets of the software development life cycle (requirements gathering, system design, development, testing, release cycle, support)Experience running the Scrum ceremoniesExperience working with Product OwnersExpertise with running story workshops that create product backlogs and story mapsExpertise in sprint and program increment planning that produce consistent metrics and frequent delivery of working productExpertise implementing Agile estimation techniquesExpertise in guiding the team towards self-organizationExpertise in removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to aid in doing soSkilled at fostering a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or judgment, where there is an emphasis on problem solvingMulti-disciplined individual with familiarity in a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures related to modern web development, content management systems, mobile application development, user experience, and responsive designPrevious experience leading Information Technology programs and projectsSelf-starter, initiative, leadership, excellent judgment, excellent problem solving, excellent communication, and human relations skillsThe ability to facilitate cross-functional teams across the IT organization and related business groupsProficient in Office 365 applications (MS Project, Outlook, Teams, Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)Hands-on experience using Azure DevOps or similar applicationsPreferred:
Certification(s) in SAFeCertified Scrum Practitioner (CSP or PMI-ACP) or equivalent (recommended)Minimum of 2 years' experience working on teams developing large, complex product solutions
