This role is ideal for an exceptional hands-on backend engineer with 5-10 years of experience, especially in a high-paced startup environment. You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend systems, ensuring our product meets the highest standards.Responsibilities
Develop high-quality, scalable, and secure backend services.Collaborate with frontend, research and product teams.Engage in all technical aspects end-to-end, including DevOps support.Uphold a culture of high efficiency, creativity, and quality.Make fast, data-driven decisions and demonstrate ownership.Commit to team goals and ensure high availability for collaboration.Contribute to system architecture design and implementation.Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.Key Qualifications
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Advanced Degree Preferred: Master's Degree or Higher.5-10 years of backend engineering experience.Strong proficiency in backend languages (Python and alike).Proven track record in a high-paced startup environment.Experience with unmanaged backend micro-services environments including Docker, Kubernetes, and message queues.Experience with databases, APIs, and web services.Self-sufficiency in solving technical issues, including DevOps.Proficiency in at least one cloud environment (GCP, AWS, Azure).Experience with production-ready products serving thousands of customers.Strong background in enterprise-level production-ready products.Preferred Experience
Experience with Product-Led Growth (PLG) products.Experience working with Artificial Intelligence - preferably chatbots or natural language processing applications.Experience with Elasticsearch.Personal Characteristics
