If you believe in business as the greatest platform for change and in companies doing well and doing good – you’ve come to the right place.Job Duties:Manage large, complex systems in the cloud.Resolve complex technical issues and drive innovations that improve system availability, resilience, and performance.Build reliable, self-healing services on unreliable hardware.Deliver thin slices of functionality on a regular cadence with data-driven feedback loops in an agile environment.Create, maintain and share technical documentation used by engineers and other team members.Design, implement, and tune robust APIs and API framework related features that perform and scale in a multi-tenant environment.Handle large data sets in the cloud (e.g. GCP, AWS, Alibaba and/or Azure platforms).Integrate with internal/external systems.Architect, design, implement, test and deliver highly scalable products.Operate effectively in the hybrid engineering model where engineers are expected to be able to design and execute the necessary work to ensure quality in their own code as well as other engineers'.Mentor others in development technologies, tools, and processes.Present your own designs to internal/external groups and review designs of others.Develop test strategies, design automation frameworks, write unit/functional tests to drive up code coverage and automation metrics.Participate in the team’s on-call rotation to address complex problems in real-time and keep services operational and highly available.Minimum Requirements:
Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and five (5) years of experience in the field of software engineering/program analysis or five (5) years of experience in the job offered OR Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience in the field of software engineering/program analysis or seven (7) years of experience in the job offered.Special Skill Requirements:
(1) Java; (2) C++; (3) C#; (4) Ruby; (5) Go; (6) Scala; (7) Python; (8) Bash; (9) Chef; (10) GCP and AWS; (11) Workflow and Orchestration; (12) Data Integration; (13) Application Integration; and (14) Docker and Kubernetes. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable.Salary:
