Senior Software Engineer

Software Engineer, Senior – Jack Henry & Associates, Inc.– 8985 Balboa Avenue, San Diego, CA 92123Salary Range: $155,397 - $160,000DUTIES:Designs and develops automation framework for UI/API test automation.Performs regression automation and enhancement of existing automation, analysis, and programming activities which can require extensive research and analysis.Provides technical and engineering support for new and existing applications from code delivery until the retirement of the application.Ensures timely, effective, and quality delivery of software into production, both at an individual and a team level.Develops and tests applications based on business requirements and industry best practices.Creates required proof of concepts and technical documentation.Participates in the definition and documentation of standards.Collaboratively works with the QA team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.Collaboratively works with the customer support team to resolve or diagnose defects.Performs release validation testing and beta support for projects as well as batch execution.Conducts integration testing for functionality and limits.Works on continuous integration pipelines.Assists in training and mentoring less experienced peers.REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related technical field required.Six years of experience with software automation testing or engineering required, including experience with .Net and C#.One year of experience working in a Microsoft Azure cloud environment required.Must have legal authority to work in the U.S. EEOE.Mail resume to: Christina Edelen, Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations, 9420 Bunsen Parkway, Suite 350, Louisville, KY 40220. cedelen@jackhenry.com.
