As a Product Manager, you will be a key member of WorkRamp’s Product and Design team. This is an exciting opportunity for creative problem solvers who are passionate about user experience and building the best products in our class.What will I be doing?
Own, develop, and drive the roadmap and business requirements for your dedicated product areaDeeply understand our users by meeting directly with our customers to understand their needsCollaborate across the organization at all stages of the product lifecycleTrack and report on feature adoption and impact, and use data to recommend feature enhancementsWhat skills do I need?
3+ years experience in a PM role for a digital (ideally B2B SaaS) productAn entrepreneurial mindset. You take ownership and operate well in ambiguityEffective communication skillsA track record of successfully delivering strategic and tactical initiativesA track record of advocating and innovating on behalf of customersStrong desire to work at an early-stage startup on a small teamPerks
