Commure is looking for an experienced Sr. Project Manager to drive the success of diverse software implementation projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope. You will be a crucial member of the Project Management Team at Commure. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver product implementations, for either Commure Engage, Commure Strongline, or PatientKeeper, through the project lifecycle. With a proactive, quality-focused, and client-satisfaction-driven mindset, you'll be viewed as a key liaison with clients and internal teams.Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Develop, organize, and plan project tasks, schedules, budget, and monitor overall project success.Lead virtual and/or in-person presentations and training sessions for clients and internal teams.Communicate project status to all stakeholders, including key participants and executive sponsors, ensuring transparency and timely updates.Maintain consistent project documentation and adhere to Commure's defined standards for project management.Identify, document, and assist in resolving any client escalations, risks, dependencies, decisions, and issues.Facilitate collaboration across departments, ensuring successful project completion and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Manage and coordinate multiple technology projects, focusing on timely and budget-conscious delivery.Document software/hardware issues and solutions, and effectively plan new solution releases to minimize client impact.Create workflows based on client feedback and continuously improve processes and product offerings based on project outcomes and lessons learned.Requirements

7+ years of progressive experience in project management within the healthcare IT sector or related fields.Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems/MIS, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.PMP or CMP certification is highly desirable.Strong client-facing and internal communication skills are essential, both verbal and written.Must possess strong technical skills, including familiarity with software/hardware interfaces and technology support experience.Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Suite equivalents.Experience with Salesforce, Smartsheet, Jira, or other project management platforms is a plus.Excellent prioritization, planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Flexibility to travel up to 20% of the time.Compensation

The salary range that Commure reasonably expects to pay for this position is $125,000 - $150,000. Actual salary offered will vary depending on factors including but not limited to: location, education, experience, skills, and qualifications.
