At Cadence, we hire and develop leaders and innovators who want to make an impact on the world of technology.The Account Executive will be responsible for developing and driving business strategy that leads to adoption and growth of Cadence products at targeted focal accounts.Leading pre/post-sales campaigns, managing and growing software adoption, forecasting, quoting, negotiating, closing and booking sales in the territory. Accounts will be defined as a set of customers with significant Cadence business (existing or potential).Responsibilities:

BSEE with 10+ years of successful, relevant sales experience.History of closing multi-million dollar contracts and track record of exceeding quota.The ability to foster and grow customer relationships rapidly throughout all levels of the customer organization to better connect our solutions with the customer's problems/business challenges and ensure roadmap alignment for long-term success.The candidate needs to have experience in selling technology and value-based solutions across all levels in a complex tier 1 semiconductor company. The Account Executive for focal accounts needs to be a strategic thinker and planner, capable of building and managing campaigns that are impactful in the client relationship, while also balancing the tactical responsibilities of account management.We’re doing work that matters.
