- (3254395)Software programmer provides support for the 3DQI research platform for various medical imaging quantification research projects including on-going radiomics and AI programming.Responsibilities:
Develops and implements software on the 3DQI platform:Implements software of AI method for Neurofibromatosis quantification:Collects and arranges data for trainingPrograms the training and testing of AI algorithmTests/Debugs developed softwareImplements software for Radiomics for Neurofibromatosis and other tumor quantification:Arranges collected dataPrograms additional radiomics methodsTests/Debugs/Compares developed methodsSupports and debugs 3DQI platform:Supports approved 3DQI academic users at MGH and external collaboratorsMaintains regular software builds and tracks and debugs issuesSoftware Development Skills:
C++, Python, HTML, Java, JavaScript, and RMinimum Requirements:
2 years of software engineering or equivalent programming experience1 year of experience in medical imaging programming and radiomics programmingBachelor's Degree (Preferred: Computer Science and Mathematics)Knowledge of AI programming preferredKnowledge of imaging and radiomics for programming and testingEEO Statement:
