InCharge Energy is seeking a highly motivated Account Executive - Fleets to work with some of our marquis clients supporting their mission to reduce emissions by electrifying their vehicles and fleets. As part of the sales team, you will be working with mid-size fleets in the California market. Opportunities to develop new solutions for our customers include EV solution development, hardware, software, Charging as a Service (CAAS), Solar and Battery storage. Serve as the lead point of contact for mid-size fleet customersBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationshipsDevelop trusted advisor relationships with Fleet customers in the public and private marketsHelp develop EV charging solutions that include EV charging hardware, fleet software, solar and battery storage systemsNegotiate contracts and close agreements to grow revenuesHelp customers understand local, state and federal incentives and grantsDevelop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotasLeverage automation and forecast sales within SalesforceQualifications

Bachelor’s Degree plus 2-5 years of sales or project management experience working with customers and channel partnersMust have business experience in either electric vehicles, solar, battery storage, or a similar industryOutstanding written and verbal skills, with the ability to present to our client’s senior management team, maintain client correspondence and internal documentationExperience working across multiple departments within an organization to develop superior customer solutions: sales, marketing, engineering, products, and operationsDetail-oriented, good follow-through, able to multitask, and work well under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExperience with Salesforce.com or similar CRMAbility to travel 15%-25%
