Representing clients in all stages of civil litigation insurance/commercial related defense mattersConducting extensive legal research to support case preparation and legal proceedingsDrafting, reviewing, and editing a variety of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, contracts, and agreementsProviding timely and accurate legal advice to clients on a wide range of legal issuesAssisting senior attorneys with trial preparation, including evidence review, witness preparation, and docket managementParticipating in depositions, mediations, and court hearings as requiredStaying current with the latest developments in the legal industry and adjusting strategies accordinglyMaintaining the highest standards of professional conduct and ethicsBenefits
